Challenges for Prayer
There is a spiritual hunger in Argentina. People are turning to God, but many people are also turning to cults and occults.
Pray that Argentina’s church leaders would be committed to pursuing unity, personal holiness and discipleship which develops and releases tomorrow’s leaders.
Most of the church growth is in the cities. Pray that the Church will have a vision to impact their communities and do more to address the enormous poverty in the city. Pray that the move of God will spread into rural areas.
There are nearly a million university students - many of them living below the poverty line. Pray for IFES who are working with students on campuses.
The native Amerindians in the Chaco region have been exploited and oppressed, but some have become Christians. Pray for their churches, that they would grow as they disciple others.
